Right from the very first phone call, Laura took to time to explain the whole process to me and recommended the best option for my mum. Initially I was nervous since my mum has dementia and we didn't have much experience with permanent make up, however, Laura really took the time to create the PERFECT natural looking brows for mum and was incredibly reassuring from start to finish, not to mention that she is one of the sweetest and kindest people I've met in a while!
